Pulse Eagle is the 4th lithe Airborne unit of the Sky Force, having airships and an airfleet of his own, and he makes sure nothing happens form the Skies of Light City, as he is from the Eastern part of the City in the Mountians where another city is with Base where his ships go, as he is just like storm Eagle, but With many Cold looking colors, Such as Dark blue, Light blue, teal, ice blue, pastel purple and puple grey

And Like Storm Eagle, he is an Eagle, but with Tail feathers and bigger wings, and he actually has fluff and real feathers like a real eagle would have, and those protect him to chilly and cold weather including snow and blizzards, and he has a wing necklace on his neck that his mother gave him before she vanished when he was young, and he has never taken it off since
