My hand wobbles under the tray of cocktails I'm guiding between the guests, my own thoughts riveted upon her in the single, and slightly inane, phrase 'She's gorgeous!'
Absently, she picks a glass from my tray, smiles a little and turns away, hips swaying and her dress swishing a little with every step. Her hair flips, and she's lost in the crowd.
Many times I've wondered about her since, and I'll never forget how time seemed to stop, who was that lady in blue?

Jeez, I still love how clear-cut your linework is on these... her hair in particular; the effect is flowing and full, but the lines and detail are angular and harsher than you'd expect.
Oh, and that effect for her dress is sublimely simple, I have to find somewhere to use that ^^
And Woo! Character love once more!
