he is a fancy little guy with elemental neck'fur' ! you can even see the shape of his head slightly through the smoke! : DDDD
This guy originally was a Jolleraptor but got transfered into Nebnom during the Splitting Changes.
NebNoms are a closed Species by Thalliumfire.
JolleRaptors are a closed Species by Simonetry .
