What widget is that, where can I get it? And I'm getting a error that says that I do not have to permission to move the file fodder To the themes file. How do I fix that?

I'm not sure what what you mean by Root. But I'm trying to get things for my Ubuntu to work and If I remember right the widget was the one shown in your PrintScreen.

Hi there,
I love your themes man, and I want to install them on my booklet but...
I just migrated from Windows and installed Ubuntu Lucid on my Nokia Booklet to give myself a try on Linux.
I must say I'm a n00b for this, how the hell do I install the file I download?, I've been reading but there's a lot of things I don't understand yet, can someone explain me in plain step-by-step christian text language please? I know sometimes it's frustrating for experienced guys like you to explain things to newbie people like me, but it's also frustrating for me to learn this all by myself alone.
Also I want to ask you, which app is the one that is running on the right side of the pic? the one that has the clock and details on the system.
Thank you!!

Hi!
Thx, well, let's see, deviantart usually mess up the tarball so it gets kinda double compressed, like a tarball inside a tarball.
So when you download you first extract the contents to let's say the home folder, then you enter the folder and extract that tarball to either /usr/share/themes or ~/.themes.
That should be it, this is however a very old theme and I cannot guarantee that it works in latest gnome.
The program that renders info as text on the desktop is conky: [link]
with lua scripting conky can do much more, have a looksee here: [link]
have phun!
Let me know how the installation goes eh?

just extracting the contents to either
/usr/share/themes or ~./themes should work.

PS: I think that if you try uploading your stuff as *.tgz, that might solve the problems caused by DA repackaging everything. Just a thought.

hmmm, just renaming the file should do it...
and I don't know if gnome theme manager accepts
.tgz... anyway thanks for letting me know!
