You matter.
You always and absolutely matter, never forget that.

Never forget that you are loved. Never forget that you are valid, important, and accepted. For all of the times that you've been pushed down, you always got back up again, because you are strong, capable, and able to do whatever you put your mind to doing. I completely believe in you and everything you dream and desire.

You must never forget how much you matter, not only to me or the rest of the people on this planet, but to yourself. You owe it to yourself to love yourself. You've made it so far, you've done so much, you've pushed yourself over and over again - you've probably pushed yourself too hard sometimes, pushing yourself down, and maybe going so far as to putting yourself down too. But throughout all the trials and tribulations, you've made it. Over and over again. And for that you are completely, without a doubt deserving of love, affection and everything else in between.

And don't think for a second you're not worthy; maybe you think you're not as strong as you'd like to be (mentally, physically or otherwise), maybe you think progress to your goals are slow or non-existent, maybe you don't think you're enough in one or many different categories that I probably didn't even mention. And to that I say, you are. You are completely worthy. I don't know what you are going through, or how to console you in just the right way, but I do know one thing's for certain - You are and always will be worthy. You are and always will be important. And you are and always will be valid.
Most importantly, you are not alone.
It's normal to have flaws, it's normal to have weaknesses - you are normal and there is nothing wrong with you, what you believe in, or anything about you. And I wouldn't have it any other way, because you yourself is awesome. Flaws, weaknesses and all. Take pride in who you are, because you are important. You matter.
