Your linework is a little messy (particularly around the nose) and could use some cleaning up, both otherwise he looks great, the design of the swimsuit is nice, and the character is instantly recognizable, even in a girl's swimsuit.
Try hard and keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing more boys in one piece swimsuits from you.
