Thank you so much for the critique! I understand the the pose is super weird!! Of course there's always room for improvement, no matter how good we get! I totally get what you mean. Thank you so much!

Hahah I'm so sorry this is so late!! I'm trying to get better with this!
Haha of course I won't be angry!! That's why I ASK for critiques!! XD I really do appreciate them, they make my day a lot better because I know there are deviants out there who care about community improvement. And that's what flatters me most, when a deviant cares about me improving.
Of course!!
I'm so happy you do!! Haha, yeah she is a bit sad looking. Almost dead-ish...I just love faces like that. XD Heavy lidded eyes are so beautiful in my opinion. But thanks so much!! I really appreciate it!
And a white gel pen is definitely something I'll be lookin into!!

I love how the dress merges with the background! Also, the details are dazzling! Love the colours. When I saw the drawing, I went to the living room (there is a large mirror) and did the pose. It did hurt a bit doing it, haha. I guess it is possible to do it, though not perfectly the same as what you have drawn. However, in my opinion, I think it's perfectly fine to exaggerate poses a bit when it comes to art, as long as it's not so overdone that it looks disgusting
I'm beginning to think that you can take your drawings to a higher level in a sense that, you can show more things without having the canvas so 'crowded' with details. I'm not saying that you should get rid of the details, but having them more focused and leaving some negative space. It might be my personal preference, but I like leaving some negative space in a drawing for people's imagination. But anyways, I think you are already moving towards that direction in your recent drawing, INK, and I'm glad to see that!
By the way, I always enjoy reading your artist's comment to see how you come up with the concepts. When I draw, I don't really have a concrete idea. I guess that's why my drawings always seem like there's no content. I'm not sure how to describe it > < This is one of the major things I want to learn from you.

Oh my God, I'm so sorry to reply now, this is such an old comment!!
Thank you so much for this comment!! Haha, I know what you mean about the pose. I guess I just wanted her to make a shape with her body like the rest of the constellations, you know? I wanted to keep it polygon-ish (if that makes any sense...?)
:'D I'm very happy you think it's not a bad thing to do, tho!! I mean in the end, it's art, right? Haha I hope it doesn't look gross. o.o
What a compliment!! I'm very happy you think so! Details will always be a part of me, but I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes it's nice to have a nice clean background. Negative space is very nice in drawings, especially if it's used well!! I'll remember that and I'm excited to advance further in my art. *.*
I'm glad you enjoy reading the artist's comments!! Haha, it's funny to hear the creative processes of everyone. A lot of people just sit down and draw and end up drawing what they draw, like my friend =Mage-Kotarou . I just CAN'T do that. o.o I don't know why, it's just not a part of me! Haha, I've always loved your drawings, though and it surprised me to hear that, because I've always thought they were good with content and concept!!
Thanks again for the comment!

Haha I know what you mean, however that's not really what I was intending with it. I just love that model pose, so that's what I wanted to portray. XD I understand now that the execution wasn't too hot but it was the best I could do!!
"lol try the pose yourself?" LOL IF YOU DON'T THINK I'VE TRIED THIS POSE THINK AGAIN. I spent two hours studying hands doing this pose, making my friends, mother, teacher do this pose so I could see how it looked and get a feel for it. I prolly should've gotten someone to do it naked though or without a shirt so I could see the back and neck detail!! XD Haha I would've gone to such extent to get it right!! XD Thanks very much for the crit though I'll think twice next time I try to pull off a pose like this
I'm happy you like it tho XD

Do you mean on the lineart of the girl??
If so, I used Copic multiliners and Micron pens sizes 3 mm or less. Usually I use 1 or 2 mm.
