The "Bat-Family" is the term used to identify all the people affiliated with Batman.
On the left I have specifically put all the characters close to Batman, on the right away are the characters who either used to be part of the so called Bat-Family or those who never tried to be part of it.
Bat-Family is owned by DC Comics

She's part of the Bat-Family since the begining as she was Batman's wife in her first incarnation

You do have a point but there's been so many different AU's it's hard to keep track of certain things then there is the whole stupid stuff with Diana and not to mention Talia -.- I always did like the bat and the cat together
