Description
I drew the lines for this back in March before I had good pens to ink it with (I actually drew it the day after I drew Steampunk Cutie Dodi), and kept putting of inking it until yesterday.

Original lines in mechanical pencil, inks in Sakura Micro Pigma 02, 03. 05 & 08, colors in Photoshop CS4. Lace brushes used in the (lazy) background by ~Falln-Brushes .

UPDATE 9/8/10: Adjusted the background and transparency so that it's more of a stand-alone image.
