Isaac and Miria come from the amazing "Baccano!". The only way to describe this show is... well, imagine that one day, Monty Python was walking down the road, and it bumped into American Psycho. And they hit it off pretty quickly. All that good stuff. So then they got married. And then their marriage starting getting a little dull, but then they met The Godfather (or maybe The Sapranos?). So they started having threesomes, and then Bacanno was born! No. Seriously.

If you ever get the chance, I highly suggest watching this show. Just be sure to really pay attention to the years as it jumps around and can get confusing if you're not paying attention. Also, it gets quite gruesome... but still manages to flit between horribly bloody and grisly to hilarious with ease.
