you mean the grainy texture?
I add a layer over everything, fill it with a grayish tone, add noise to the highest percentage, blur it a bit, set the layer setting to "overlay", and one down the opacity to like, 10%

This is gorgeous. I know you said in the comments for the details you uploaded that you didn't feel like you had a coloring style down pat, but I personally think what you have going here is fantastic. The shading, especially, really lends itself to your overall style. The expressions are wonderful as well; you really get a feel for each individual character.
