Huzzah for Torchwood lighting!Yes that is the Console. It kinda spoke to me as to being a dress and I tried to combine both ten and eleven's Version of the console but at the same time abstracting it in a way that would still be wearable.
Buttons are actually Vintage buttons that I had.

From a design standpoint, I think that the skirt of the dress may be too literal of an interpretation, but the concept is awesome. As is the execution.

No I totally agree that I was worried that it would be too literal but I liked the idea of making some art pieces to go with some more wearable looks. and I will have more pics of the inside of the coat soon
