This is another old drawing that I found in my portfolio that I thought I submitted to my gallery but I guess I didn't. This is a portrait of Actor James Marsters that I drew for a friend. This drawing is completed with Derwent soft pencils in 2b through 8b on heavy weight medium texture Strathmore paper. The original size is 14x17. Sorry it took me so long to respond....my life has been kind of crazy these last few months. But thank you so much for your far too kind words about my James Marsters drawing. I really appreciate it!! But I am sure you can draw as good if not better. As my old art teacher use to say "practice, practice, practice until you feel like your hand will fall off!!"

i have seen ur wrk b4 on the net but havent got a clue who the artist was..... now that i finally know that it's u, all i can say is GREAT WORK!!! superb likeness to james himself. and to be able to draw him spot on with pencil takes one helluva talent, so KEEP IT UP!!! hope to see more of ur works in the future.

That is such an excellent sketch *is jealous of your skills with a pencil* I read some of your comments to other feedbackers (that really isn't a word, is it) and I have to agree with DeppFan, this IS the best picture of James on this website, or at least the best I've come across, I really hope to see more of your work in the future

aww, well ive been gourging myself on season five of buffy these past couple of days and seeing you r pic made me realize id never drawn my favorite character.......not well antways lol so i think i will, thanks for the inspiration, tho it blatently wont be as good as yours lol ^^
