Please fullview!This was originally intended as a Christmas present to because she was kind enough to send me a Christmas Card. And recently I just received a Valentines card! ^__^ Anyway I never got a chance to work on it due to a crazy Holiday Season. Also didn't get a chance to send her a card since I lost it -.-;
So here it is now, in its sketchy stages. I figured it would be a good Winter/Valentines doodle. Keep in mind this is a rough sketch that is obviously a WIP; feet are missing or of the wrong size, incomplete bg, etc etc. I hope to get a lineart version and a colored version...eventually ^.^

Aawww...that's so cute. I love the poses. I have to work on full body poses a lot more...I currently only do bust portraits or waist up at most

I usually prefer waist up or bust more than full body (unless it's a dress) because I hate dealing with anatomy lol. But it is good practice. I actually think I was better at full body before than I am now because I 1) overthink it and 2) haven't practiced as much

I think part of why I don't draw different poses is when I'm out and about and just have time to do random doodles, I don't bother doing anything new. I just do what I normally do. Or if I'm in class I end up drawing my usual stuff because I don't have references or anything to base new poses or costumes on. I rarely have time to actually sit and draw on the computer anymore and try something new

You'll probably think I'm super weird for saying this...but sometimes I see certain people...and they just have like a nice shape to their body in a certain pose...and I just get so tempted to sketch it for future reference. 
Anyway...you didn't just read that.
One of my least favorite things to draw are feet ...ugh.
I wish I had more free time to draw!

I totally know what you're talking about with people! I see it all the time. I see people with good poses or figures and I must look like a complete freak staring and trying to sketch them in my head! Haha, yea I'm not alone! XD Sometimes I like seeing mannequins in stores too because they've got a good pose or a good figure or something and it's much simpler than drawing a real person.
I HATE feet. I always have shoes on my characters and even then I suck at shoes!

Aww!! This is so sweet! This one makes me all mice and fuzzy, as cheesy as that sounds -_-;; I love their soft and loving facial expressions!!! THe details of the girl's dress is awesome! I also love how you draw folds! *jealous...* LOL!

I can't wait til Christmas then! I believe that you'd be able to draw the owl, judging by how you drew the kiwi on my commission pic, which you pulled of quite fantastically!

This picture is very amazing, and the tint just adds even more to the feeling, I think. Everything about it is just beautiful! I will say this though.... I'm jealous of your men, how do you draw good men?

Aww I'm glad. I did most of it in the car and haven't really had a chance to do a lot of improvements so I'm flattered you like it as it is. And I am usually terrible at drawing guys. I like girls muuuuch more. I kind of just BS my way through guys
