acrylic on canvasette. i HATE what the scanner does to these things. there's real shiny gold paint on this, though it looks like a more dull yellow on screen.eh, what can you do.
i like this guy though, he's growing onto me.

Fantasically coloured sky and a great sense of depth from the recending mountains.
I love the hanging guy. The complimentary green and the red behind of the sky really help to draw the eye straight to the centre of the action.

wow, this is definitely a *happy* piece... it makes you want to jump up there and swing along with the little guy...
i love the colors in the sky, and the silouhette (sp?) of the tree against the sky... the soft shining stars... for some reason, that particular group of objects in the image makes me think of scandinavian children's stories, and the simplicity in shapes, but the complexity in composition overall...
i like the little character..his face really sets the tone for the piece, and the colors just play up that fun...

Yes, that little guy is so adorable. Like a little snowman enjoying winter on his own. Love the tree limbs and especially the sky - the colors all "blend" so well and make a great team for this piece.

fuck what the scanner did. i like the composition. everything fits in realy well. the coloured sky is nice (hmmmmz... goldy paint was in my imagination when i viewed it ). and foremost... the little guy... very nice!
