My unfinished Bow of Light and Light arrow for my Sheik cosplay. Its 90% done, I just need to finish the paint by adding the gold areas and doing some highlights and shadows.
The arrow is made with expanding foam, mat board, Wonderflex, and Bondo. The bow is carved wood with some apoxie sculpt for minor details. So far for the paint, I've used Krylon Colormaster in brushed metallic nickel, but I'll using other kinds to do the rest.

Oh, thanks! ^_^ The two sides of the bow (I guess the arms?) are made of wood that I carved to give it the details, and then it is connected together by a dowel rod for the handle. I used Apoxie Sculpt on the bow as well to give it some of the very fine details. The arrow has a mat board and expanding foam base, and is then covered in Wonderflex. I used scraps of wonderlex to cover the tip of the arrow, and then bondo to smooth out the seams. I also made the tip of the arrow, the middle, and the tail end separately and then connected them together before painting. I hope this information helps!
