Ooh. Devil Shredder. Never seen him RED before. Well he's got Oni Demon heads on his knees and shoulders, the latter resembling a cross between Green Goblin and Hellboy and his mask kind of like Cobra Commander. But it's still original, that's just what it makes me think of.
Interesting.
The sword's shape and placement look a little suggestive, though.
The foot on his armor and the demon heads are a nice touch.

This is a great redesign, but it's hard to get over the awesomeness of his 2012 design. The extendable blades and claws were a genius addition.

Plus, while to each his own, I find this one doesn't really resemble Shredder enough to be him. Nor does manji's. They look too samurai-like, despite Shredder being a ninja.

I love how you incorporated the Han'ya masks into the armor. The horns being the spikes on his shoulders. Very nice detail. And the red works very well for color.
