Chipp is one of my favorite GG characters. I just decided to do him in an alternate outfit. Kind of reminds me of something from Hot Topic. Also inspired by Gaara from Naruto.Chipp Zanuff is (c) to Sammy

It says ninja. The first kanji is normally "shinobi" when alone. But with the second one, "sha"(person), the combined word becomes ninja. It's a different kanji than "oto".

Chipp is done in Copic. Technically, Copic are markers, but I put them in a category by themeselves because they are so wonderful. The swirly backround was done by my friend on his computer.
