Lazy chibi is lazy. 8'D I wanted an actual pic of /mine/ here of my little Charles~ (My Hetalia OC! Doi! )

Ja, Charles V. Kirkland, a.k.a, the Isle of Wight to you ignorant masses~ BD /shot (apologies for my hyperness. I'm getting over a killer earache. =3= Plus, things are fun for me on gaia right now and it's making me feel all girly. )

So yeah. BU My Hetalia OC which took months of creating. (srsly. I had, like, five other designs). He also has a pet corgi...But I can't really draw them well. >3>

Excuse for being so lazy here!. . .
I was making this to show a friend. :3 The sketch only took three seconds (not exagerrating, either), and afterwards, only two hours or so. I might finish up the details another time, but I still have other things right now.

Just realized I don't have much of a bio for my baby...
In short summary; nobody's sure whether he's England's brother/cousin/etc., so it's just assumed that they're brothers. His name is what it is, but Charles tried hard to get people to call him Charles V. Kirkland, since he is part of the family. England insists that he keep his name, though (which had been changed from Kirkland). He appears to be around sixteen, but his actual (country) age is unknown.

Isle of Wight OC belongs to (Not the actual island, though. That kinda belongs to the UK, ya know. >3> )
