This one came to me after listning to too much 80's New wave!
It actually took a bit of research.Shego's in the exact uniform as Toni Basil,and the Middleton cheer squad is representing Carson High CA.
This one should bring back plenty of memories to all my fellow "80's Dudes and dudettes" out there,

But why are girls from Middleton cheer squad in such bad mood? In that video those cheerleaders look so happy like they just won a million dollars each.

In the video I thought, personally, that the cross-dressing cheerleaders were much better choreographed than Toni...plus the two second shots of a couple of them doing rather gymnastic routines (between the first verse and chorus) were quite kickass.
Another funny thing: the song had an equally kickass Spanish version which was on one of the 80s compilation discs that Rhino Records released about a few years back, which also had the radio mix of Sigue Sigue Sputnik's "Love Missile F-111".

To tell you the truth, I've wondered what something like this would like for a while. However, you have captured it perfectly. Even the odd tilt to Shego (as Tony Basil)'s head.
The only thing I would have done is having her sing, "Hey Drakkey".
