The title of my manga is Umi No Nami which roughly translates to waves of the sea.
The Main character is Nami Kishimoto, A mermaid, who's determined and strong willed. She wants to experience the joys of life on land.

Summary:
There's only one rule merfolk have to follow;
Never approach a human.
But Nami Kishimoto is being haunted by a strange dream, about a human boy plunging deep into the waves. Curious about the world above the ocean, she uses her dream as an excuse to transform herself into a human and explore the wonders it has to offer.
Only problem is, Nami knows nothing about life above the surface!

On land she meets Keiichi, a young boy who lives in a house by the sea. After finding her stranded, he offers to take her in.
Reluctant at first but convinced her human guise deceived him, she accepts. and from there Nami begins the life of a human girl. But attending school, learning to cook, battling off jealous school girls and most importantly, hiding her fishy identity are far from the hardships Nami will face, as darker forces begin to take hold beneath the ocean's surface
