The expression in his eyes! It reminds me of the part near the end where Tenma thinks he wakes up. His eyes here are just deadpan. Soulless, maybe. Or tortured.

They have character and depth. Maybe that's how you draw? With a more doodle/sketch like quality. That's probably why I love your work so much...XD I'm like a SKETCH FAN. I'm like obsessed with sketches...>____>;
