Kind of reminds me of a scarecrow, somehow. His 'left' hand probably needs some coloring?
Good general creepy / weird vibe. Certainly has the menacing edge that Freddy himself has lacked a bit for a few movies now... Even if it is just rough line art. Which is of course part of its innate charm!
