America,Canada,France,England.

Bottom Left to right.
Korea,Taiwan,China,Japan,HongKong, Italy, Germany,Spain, and Romano.
Each country has their flag somewhere on their clothing.
The pattern on the presents is the respective flag of the country of whom the present is being given to.
However Chibitalia's present isn't because Italy was not yet an offical country with an official flag.
