Heeey, remember how I used to draw artwork of these two? Yeah, I still think that's awesome.I'm not really gonna explain this one at all, because I can't - if it ought to make sense to you, it will! Everyone else just needs to do their homework, the whippersnappers.

I saw this amazing piece from you 
He counted right down to the minute the time at which she would appear. It was the same moment every day, all week long. She had her break at 1:05. She'd come out and buy a frank from him, smile and ask for ketchup.
On day 1 he'd only been able to stare. She'd waited patiently a moment, cleared her throat daintily and asked once again for her hotdog. He'd dropped 2 before one ended up in a bun.
Day 2 he hadn't expected her back....He dropped another one. Day 3: "Hmmmm, maybe this is becoming a habit?"
On Day 4 he managed a 'hullo'. Day 5 was the first time she giggled. Day 6 it rained, so he took her one for free.
Now 7, DAY 7, she touched his HAND!
When Day 8 came around they asked each others names. "Minnie, oh gosh, gee that's pretty!" He went and saw her dance....he couldn't manage a word on Day 9.
Day 10 he told her a joke, she giggled again and they talked for a while. He stammered and stuttered and she was almost late back on stage. Day 11, swell! She kissed him on the cheek.
Who knew what Day 12 would bring?

Love the cartoon, love this adaptation! The expansion of these outfits is really creative, and you can really see all the little details. Minnie is absolutely gorgeous in her stockings, and Mickey's tatters and his blushing face make me do fangirly squee-like things. A great tribute to a great toon from a great artist!

This is so cute, but the thing that caught my eye the most was the red hots! That's a local term for hot dogs, I wasn't aware that other places called them that. Sorry, just excited about a close-to-home detail.
