well, first off, the drawing quality is amazing, especially the face, your knowledge of sample coloring is really good.

but, the lines are not clean enough, and the painting is way too stiff and over worked, i guess it needs to be much more smooth and and relax, don't worry about complete detail, controlling your brush strokes and manipulating their unique qualities is more important, in other words, imperfection is good, as long as that imperfection is controlled and intentional.

I think if you want pageviews and practice, I think fanart is a great way to go.
but the biggest problem I have with this piece is there's nothing really to distinguish this woman as nami, I would really like to a see a full body with her classic hair and clothing outfit, that way it's really noticeable and will be much more popular.

lol yea imperfection is good, alot of good artists said that too, and in fact i liked imperfection too, but i painted this pic with intention of making something semi-realistic, so yea, i kinda need to make it neat n tidy. but yea thnx for the comment, i will take em into consideration when i make future artworks.
