Teemo and Veigar in human form! (couldn't resist drawing Veigar too
)I also used 's design of human form Teemo and Veigar as reference ^^

why does veigar have ears??? his tittle is little evil which somewhat make him human...

Because this was a birthday gift and I wanted to use the birthday girl's design. Plus I'm not sure what you mean in the latter or what his title has to do with his race but Veigar is a yordle.
"Yordles are decidedly shorter than humans; both male and female yordles rarely exceed 1 meter tall, with most averaging around 0.8 meters. True... Veigar is a Yordle.. but Poppy is also a Yordle, and she doesn't have ears.

1) I wanted to use the birthday girl's design. She drew couple of Semi human Teemo and veigar :3
2) Fan girl thing. To miss an opportunity to draw both Veigar and Teemo in human form with neko mimi? NEVA! XD
