Despite never really watching Sailor Moon, I do like this image.
It has an interesting case of more realistic texture mixed with anime designed that mixes surprisingly well. However, I think my favorite part has to be the lighting in this. I don't think a single shadow is misplaced. This is at it's best with the hair, which is long, flowing and uses shadows to show difference of distance (you'd be surprised how often anime pictures ignore that).
My only grip is the outfit, but I'm not sure if it's a reference to the series or not. But how do those shoulder pads stay on? Can she move without knocking them over?
