BWAHAHAHA!!! So much happiness.Myself, in Homestuck-ish style, in my own personalized God Tier mode. It had to happen. It was just a matter of when, really.

Perhaps I had a bit too much fun with the concept. Perhaps. But it's supposed to be fun, so ha! [EDIT] I know a couple other fans who have doodled up a god tier for the "Queen" typically go for full skirts and more regal outfits. But in SBurbs, Queening is srs bsns. Srsly. Can't be futzing about with miles of cloth and froufrou frills. No sireebob. (Truth: I just hate skirts. Shuddap) As for the symbol of Dreams, that took freakin' FOREVER to come up with something symbolic and simple, and it had to be smooth, almost like a portal into the mind. So I sketched the three squiggles that spiral in a circular pattern, and ended up surprisingly satisfied. [/EDIT]
God Tier Outfit Requirement: Above all else, one must have a crazy-arse hood. Embrace your Godhood. Get it? God hood? GET IT!?!? O_O That is all. ^__^

Idk, I just was obsessing over homestuck, and found all this awesome fan stuff on deviantart.
Thinking about it though, I suppose it would be Robin Hood-esque. Hood that can cast a shadow over the eyes, cloak (instead of cape/hood thing, probably has the hood as part of the cloak), long sleeve and loose (not baggy, but not tight either) fitting shirt, long and loose pants. highish boots (below halfway between ankle and knee, with pants tucked in.) As far as colors go, I'm no expert. I'd probably fiddle around with it until I found something I liked.
I guess when I saw everybody else creating their own homestuck character/classes/elements (or whatever you'd call the whole "light, mind, void, breath, etc"), I wanted in on the fun. Problem is, I'm not really an artist, more of an art appreciator, so this will probably stay an idea. Still, it's fun to create these ideas.
Most of the classes didn't really fit what I'd want (knight, page, heir, mage, prince), so that's why I did hunter. Was thinking about being hero of hope, but hunter of hope sounds off (and doesn't make much sense to me), and Hunter of Mind makes sense to me. Couldn't think of my own ?element so, Hunter of Mind sounded good.
Well, better head off to bed before I get caught up in shenanigans.

Yeah, now that it's not 2-3 in the morning, I'm thinking clearer, though I still like what I wrote originally. I sorta thought I'd sound like a drunken fool, but it turns out it was just unorganized.
