I decided to do another Droopy-related fanart for Droopy's 80th anniversary, which was yesterday. This time, I drew him in shorts as seen in the Tom and Jerry Tales episode "A Life Less Guarded". He looked quite cool in these, although this fanart is the best I could do.Done in Photopea. Fair use.
