I was pretty sure that it was a Krokorok, and you just made it some original look with the blue crest and the absence of glasses and the different belly. Even her (it's a she, isn't it?) body colour looks like a Krokorok

Also the colors just fit, they're complementary, I agree they might have done something, but I knew that after Tecs was done, and they fit so good, so i didn't change it.

The picture I linked you is how Tecs is really supposed to be.

Keep your chin up! It was just a first impression!
Crocodiles (or alligators. Tecs looks rather like an alligator actually) are supposed to look similar anyway. And it's great that you love these animals too!

No, I believe you that you didn't mean to copy anything. With so many things already created, it's really hard to be totally unique anyway  I did definitely such things too, hehe.
Mine? I've always loved reptiles, frogs and insects (except spiders), collected them around myself and freaked everyone out with them xD
Now I own 3 leopard geckos, and that's all I've got now. But which animal is my favourite...I just can't choose one xD
