I've seen alot of people try to pull off a good vegeta cosplay. but all where shitty lol you pulled it off! it looks good!! you fit him very well.. this is the first time i have ever seen a good Cosplay of him. you fit and it looks well made It omost looks like vegeta in the show!! if he was real he would look like you,

Awesome! If its not too much to ask, could you please explain a little bit about the development of the wig? Now a days I just get this urge of making a spiky wig but im really new to this. I know that they fix hair extensions on top of card board papers and then fix it on top of the base wig with the help of a lotta glue and hair spray. Is that kinda how you designed this wig? I'd be really thankful if you could just help me explain this stuff

Hey thank you so much!! I used blue spandex for the undersuit. White spandex was used for the armor which is airbrushed with gray for definition. The gold is the underside of stretch lamΓ©. That was airbrushed with browns. It's all built up using plastic canvas with yarn sewing and hot glue, and craft foam and batting/polyfill. Cotton piping was covered in spandex and used as the trim.Β

I mostly used fabric/sewing mediums to make the armor because at the time that was all I was familiar with.Β
For the boots I found some retro pointed toe snow boots and covered them with a thick weight white fabric. Gloves were made from the same, using a piece of stiffened felt to make the glove 'cuff' piece. LOTS of hand sewing involved on everything other than the blue suit.

Oh wow, can you please tell me how you got your wig to look so perfect? I'm looking at possibly doing King Vegeta and really want to do his hair right. Basically it's the same thing only brown instead of black.

Could you please share with us how you made that wig? I've seen another really good Vegeta cosplay here on DA, and he used felt that had hair glued to it. Did you use a similar process, or is this 100% wig hair?

Ohh yeah italian right? I *think* he asked me for tips before his made his. So we used the same method. I don't share my methods anymore, because people don't bother to respond or credit me.
