The only ones I don't recognise in this are the guy with the cellphone, the blue haired woman and the girl behind Shepard and Garrus.

Following:
1. Guy with the cellphone: Nathan "Nate" Drake - main character of PS3 exclusive "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune" (next to him is sitting Elena Fisher, with whom Nate's flirting through the game)
2. Blue haired woman: I say it's character from Guitar Hero/Rock Bands. Not entirely sure.
3. Girl behind Shepard: well, Ashley of course. In the early trailers we couldn't see how she really looked like. Though it might be a random sciencist from Mass Effect, but it would disagree with the helmet she's holding... my bet's on Ashley.
