This a gorgeous doorway! I don't know much about the technicalities of photography, so bear with me. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā€¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> It seems like you used that technique that makes all the hues present appear equally vibrant... or some such thing. I don't think it's working in favor of the photo. The combination of red, green, blue, and yellow is a little bit jarring. There are so many incredible lines and forms happening already: more muted colors or even B&W may help those take center stage. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā€¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> The photo also appears off center because the horizontal lines on the bottom and top of the image don't line up with the frame (which may be hard to pull off, I don't know). Either way, I think the composition could be more interesting if it wasn't full-frontal. The light bulb at the arch point may be a strength or a weakness. On the one hand, it evokes a sense of activity and welcoming outside the door, but on the other it creates a very intense focal point that detracts from the rest of the image (in my opinion). I hope this helps!!

What a nice door, you made it? Jkz! It's a teensy bit tilted though.

The door was on a slope!

Hmm...

I think I prefer this version over the other one... the other was black and white, right?

I like how there's a glow in this piece, anyway, mainly from the lighting and all. It also feels like you've made this into a HDR... or rather, the bricks contain a lot of depth not only in its colour and stuff.

I feel as if the framing could be better somehow... mainly from where you're standing, which doesn't feel totally in the centre? That might just be me, though.

The other one was colour as well.

I took this picture on a slope, that is why it looks slight funny!
