I'm sure you'd appreciate in-depth commentary, but there's not much really to say. both conceptually and technically, this piece is awesome.
well, maybe the fact that the suit appears stripped in black lines could be a glitch - but I take it as an intentional mark and pencil leftover, so - no remarks from me, even though, frankly, I'm pretty conservative as to the look and feel of the iron man suit.
and yeah, the light reflection. wow. I've seen a lot of sci-fi art on deviant, but this is one best in it's type. seriously. good job. fav.

thank you very much! This was a personal venture... my 5 year old wanted an iron man illustration to hang in his room. I began the piece with a labor intensive pencil drawing (thus the line-work you are referring to). I scanned the drawing and painted the background and armor using Photoshop... once again, thank you for the kind words!
