this spaghetti recipe is very popular in Japan.
other than spaghetti, we use Japanese food and seasonings, so we sometimes do Japanese setup when we serve.
salted roe, mayonnaise(instead of oil), dried seaweed, lemon, soy souse, perilla frutescens.

これは目の毒です。この辺では、たらこが手に入るお店がないのでしばらく食べてませんね。シソは裏庭で栽培してるので、夏になると何とかたらこを手に入れて作ります。イカのお刺身を混ぜると美味しいんですよね。あ〜食べたい。

そうですねＬＡでは普通に買えましたが、
ＮＹの時はなかなか売ってませんでした。
韓国系のスーパーに置いてました。

僕は火を通さずゆで上げの熱だけでたらこをからめる
ゆであげたらスパが好きでレモンとシソの葉をくわえて食べると
３人前くらいは食べられます。

私も生のたらこが好きなので、たらこには火を通しません。
ここでは買いだめして冷凍しておくので、長く保存できる明太子を使います。
もう１つ、違った調理法のたらこスパがあります。
タマネギと日本のベーコン（又はハム）を炒め, 生クリームを加えます。
そこにゆでたスパゲティを加え、最後にたらこをからめます。皿に盛ったら、シソ又は刻みノリを上にのせ出来上がりです。私が作る時は、生クリームはコッテリし過ぎなので、変わりに牛乳を使います。たらこも出来るだけ生がいいので盛りつけの時に上にのせ、食べる時に混ぜます。以外と美味しいですよ、試してみて下さい。

Nice shot, wonderful technic I would not of even thought to have got the steam in the image, but it does bring everything to life,And if you look closely you can see a face in the image I have a picture of me like that ....lol
