Silverfish (c) Taylor DennaI'm so happy for how this turned out! My cutie-pie!!! It was a monochromatic project for my Design and Color II class. I'm kinda mad that I didn't record drawing this... but I realized it a bit too late.
Silverfish were created when I was in High School, and will be in my comic Koto. They're really small creatures that provide light deliveries within a trading village. You can often see them skittering around with a bag of coins on their head. The ones on the top of their small hierarchy handle more valuable deliveries and wear more accessories.
I need to get going on my comic man!

Color scheme is awesome, I also like how you kept the background simple keeping focus on the silverfish.

SO AMAZING!!! The artstyle somehow reminds me of the shortest yet most interesting series i've ever seen; Bloody Bunny.
But seriously, with art like this you should be rich!! The attention to detail is phenomenal and the atmosphere is so well done- even with this zoom up i feel like this thing is smaller than a newt XD That's how cute and amazing this is!

These guys are tiny, but they're bigger than a newt! They're about... 9 inches tall at the tallest!

oh my goodness, what a lovely little character <3 holy cow taylor!!!!! the detail in this is tremendous!!! i lvoe your use of focus and blurriness and it is perfectly modeled and the designs go along with the round shape of the character and wow, it really pulls the eye in! this is really a beautiful piece, very very professional looking!

They reside in the indiscreet places of Africa. They're hard to spot, but once you do, you can be sure there are many more nearby!
