new oc <3he was a dog design i got a while back and revamped him into a forest spirit <3
He's made up of moonlight and rain, and the further away from his heart, the more intangable his body becomes, and starts to "drip" away from him.

his tail style has a bit of inspiration from Piffi-adoptables and Sableu 's beautiful style of doing cloudy things, you definitely need to check out their works as well!
