Description
Original Rainmeter theme is Path 1.1 Rainmeter Theme by ActiveColorsI just ported it to Conky.
It has two conky file and a start script.
I couldn't managed to center weather condition, but it still looks good. If you managed to center it, please let me know.
In .weatherrc file search 2343733 and replace it with your yahoo city id.

There is no need to credit Kaelri and Vlad Cristea. Rainfile is extra application for Rainmeter. No need to mention. And I don't see used icons by Vlad Cristea so you don't need to mention him too.
Nice port by the way. But shadow differs a little bit.
