Yes! It's Holly Short from the book series Artemis Fowl!!
I just started reading the Opal Deception (fourth book), and I'm already almost half-way through it. X3 I love it. BUT WHY DID ROOT HAVE TO DIIIIIEEEEE?! WHYYYY?! 
...
I was working on this inbetween requests.
I couldn't turn down the inspiration to do it. Well, I really love this one a lot. The coloring, the outfit, her pose (I love her ears O_o)... the only thing that I noticed was that she is a little tall, because in the books she's three feet tall. >.> I tried making her look smaller, but I was too far into it to make her any shorter. 
Well, enjoy!BTW, if you read the series too, does anyone know if Artemis has black or blonde hair? Angel and I got into a debate about it and I want to prove her wrong.

artemis definitely has black hair. its frequently described as raven hair. and ravens is black. also graphic novels out now and he's on the front cover. with blackhair. so go tell your friend she's wrong

He didn't deserve to live
but seriously butler's been revived twice and holly's finger has been put back in place, chix, the man with the wings when they catch the first pplz trying to smuggle batteries for their softnoses. ( or whatever i don't pay attention that much) had a hole in his wing and got it fixed. Not only that but they freaking jumped out a window ( arty and butler ) and still survived... even mulch, who was buried in dirt managed to survive... and root sux anyways.

I definitely do not know where your head is at in saying that only blonde guys can be hot. All my favourite guys are brunettes (both brown and black hair). Well, not ALL. But most of them.

I read The Opal Deception in one sit, just couldn't put it down. The plot was good but Root still didn't have to die! Well, OK for the plot to work he did but it could just as easily have been Grub or some insignificant elf no one cares about. Just so long as Trouble stays safe.

WICKED pic. And thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU! for drawing Holly with short enough hair. I <3 her uniform too. I've been driven to the point of re-insanity of people drawing Holly as a complete despie/Mary-sue with long hair, huge breasts, tight suits, high heeled boots, and even-to my utter disgust-mini skirts.
Plus, if she's wearing a regulation uniform, why on earth would she have a skin tight suit and heels. Do we really want to have to picture Root or Trouble in the same attire.

And yeah, Mr. Goddess of the Hunt has black hair. With him, that's better than blonde. If it was like really pale blonde, it'd blend in with his skin, which would look...weird.

Artemis Fowl is about a 13-14 year old Irish boy who is a criminal mastermind. >.> And he uncovers the existence of Fairies... it's pretty cool, there's a lot of action in it. XD
