I've heard of soldiers getting upset/triggered by fireworksΒ (I think it reminds them of gunshots) so Bucky not liking fireworks because of his PTSD would make sense. His PTSD seems to be because Hydra tortured him and made him kill people though, maybe one of his missions involved fireworks.
