For =pepooni 's birthday c: I already wanted to do her in her scout attire back when I did the first Peppy icon, but this gave me a great excuse to get off my lazy flank and do it >:c Peppy requested I upload this separately from the other icon I did for her, so that is why they are being uploaded individually!Nobody else is allowed to use this, it is for Pep. If you use it, I will drop all the remaining Canadian snow on you :C
