Well, the little one is done

I made this especially for my cousin, who passed her first year “A Levels” last month with flying colours. (Well done, Ang!)
I have yet to surprise her with it!

We both loved Nurse Joker in the Dark Knight, so I thought I’d have a go at making a little dolly.

The body and head is made from canvas, the nurse’s outfit from cotton with small pieces of felt and decorated with pink ribbon. I also made the little “Harvey Dent District Attorney” badge and printed it, laminated it and stuck it on.
The hair is made from yarn and embroidered felt, and I painted his face and hands with acrylic paints.
The belt is a piece of elastic and a silver sequin.

Complete pain is the arse to photograph, but I guess it will have to do. He was posing in my bathroom. Hehe.

I loved doing this so much, I am making myself a big one!
