It's a fractal! There's only one bubble and one light ray thingie that gets repeated over and over. This is the spirit of a fractal.

Wow! I really like it!Β 
I love all the different sizes of the orbs and how round they look. Plus the lights in some of the bigger ones are awesome! The colors are very nice too. I also like the different depths.Β 

Why did you call this piece Oathbreaker? it's a very interesting title.
