I drew this to illustrate the third (and presumably last) of three Sherlock Holmes pastiches I've written in recent years. The art shows Sherlock, Watson and the Great Detective's elder brother Mycroft. The shadowy figure in the background is an Officially Suspicious Character! The art and the spoof that inspired it will be published in a US fanzine sometime in the next few months, I presume.
