Holy shit it might be actually the Pterosaurus Matriarch, and it might be larger than a utahraptor because when you look on the to left it’s carrying a utahraptor.

Well I'm pretty sure it's the next phase of the matriarch(first was the triatominae then pterosauros the name of the phase will be different)
Also, are you sure it's carrying a raptor of some sort because I don't think it's carrying something?

Oh, I thought you were talking about this new form!  
Still, I don't think its carrying a Utahraptor, it's definitely carrying a raptor but I don't think it could perch in the trees if it was that size.
