Aw your too sweet! Thank you so much I wish I had more photos of me as Merida but I always felt shy and not very pretty as Merida, I think I'm better off with blondes and brunettes personally. I mean I still love cosplaying her I'm just super self-conscious and since Merida doesn't have a partner I cosplay her alone pretty much lol. Besides Bear-Pool I guess (Deadpool as a bear)

Aw. Well I will probably be Elinor again at Sac Winter if you're going to be there. And my Merida, unfortunately, wont be in town I don't think. So you should definitely take pictures with us. :3

Yup, I should be there! I only live about 15 min away from the convention! I'd love to though I'll probably wear her Sunday if my other two costumes work out before Winter Sac. Also, I was curious how your Fergus got the tartan material for the clan! I looked everywhere...his looked accurate from the glimpse of it I caught...

It's actually not screen accurate DunBroch tartan, which we wanted to get but didn't have the time or the money. It is /very/ similar though. We found it at Joann's over with all of their plaids and stuff. It was, honestly, the luckiest find. Our Merida took it and made the kilt out of that.

Wow! Fooled me at first glance, looked very similar. Must have been awhile back then because I went to two different JoAnn's had they had only flannel t shirt plaid like the ones that are yellow and black or teal and black mostly. I wanted to make my bf a kilt himself (To be honest he wanted to go as William Wallace haha) but the cost of wool plaid was way too much and I was too focused on Merida! So he has to settle for being Frozen's Kristoff (hopefully for Winter).
