in this scene, lincoln gets so scared of his villainized sisters that he breaks down crying. But miraculously, Lori snapped out of her trance once memories of her and Lincoln bonding popped up in her head.

that meant while she still had ursula’s Body, she no longer acted and thought liked her. She carefully lifted lincoln into her arms, one tentacle stroking his head. He flinched in fright, but calmed down as soon as he saw the gentle look in lori’s Eyes, comforting him and telling him that everything will be alright. She also reminded him of a very sweet memory they share together.

When lincoln was three, he was crying so much every time he saw ursula appear while watching the movie, that nine-year-old Lori and seven-year-old Luna kept close to him and hugged him throughout the rest of the movie.
that did bring a smile to lincoln’s Face, and he wonders if there’s a way to help the others snap out of their bad guy spree, Lori does have a plan, and she agrees to help him, followed by playfully tickling him with her tentacles and suction cups.
