I can't remember why I chose to draw my cat Lucy when I normally avoid cats at all cost but I decided to give it a go anyway for practise. I wanted to loosen up a little and try to not to worry about extreme detailing (like Snickers) so I used lots of big brushes and just went for it
I must say I really enjoyed doing it! I can't remember the last time I wanted the work day to be over so I could get back to drawing
It was also nice to do something not completely cartoony and not completely realistic for a change. Look out, Charlie is next!

I know that bubbles are also his thing but I didn't even realise he had a lot of hearts too XD I had originally wanted to do something slightly different there but it didn't work out so I just left it as it was. It's only for my personal use anyway
