Iwas a prize artist or 's contest here on Deviantart and won the first prize in the contest, and she asked me to draw her character from Fallout 3, so here she is ^^

had a lot of fun drawing her, i tried to keep some fluo green in there because well, it's all about a nuclear wasteland
also kept theeyes darker, because in fallout 3 it's like that, people's eyes are easily cover in shadow and then you get this scary spark
